Returns
Custom Products can not be returned unless there is a product defect such as a tear or stain in the shirt. You should inspect all custom product designs to be sure the colors and text is just how you like it! Confirm that you are ordering the correct sizes and colors. By submitting an order, you are signifying that you have approved the design.
If there is a product defect or if you are returning other non-customized products, you have a 2 week return window. Postage will be paid by Get Lost if there is a defect in the product, otherwise, the customer will need to pay for return shipping. You will be issued a full refund upon reciept of the product.

Shipping
All of our products ship for free within the US. No limits! Most shirts require 1-5 days to print and then 2-5 days to ship so the maximum wait time from order to your door step is 2 weeks. You will get a tracking number once your order ships.
